The house has all the usual things like bedding, towels, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, hairdryer.
Ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms.
Locally there is a large Supermarket about 3 minutes walk
away,
an English
family restaurant (games room etc) is about 15 minutes walk
and Quesada (the town) is just 20-25 minutes walk.
(all these areas have ample parking should you want to drive)
